Medibank is one of Australia's leading private health insurers, committed to helping Australians live better. Backing that promise with bold, energetic creative that connects with people at every stage of life. Working as Art Director and Senior Designer at Big Red Communications, I delivered a broad suite of creative across social campaigns, direct mail, stationery, in-store brochures, and digital assets. 

Central to the Medibank brand is a graphic device known as Fun Biology; a vibrant, playful system of organic shapes, bold colour, and energetic illustration that brings the brand's personality to life. A key part of my role was interpreting these brand elements and weaving them into campaign visuals with creativity and precision, ensuring each execution felt fresh and on-brand while amplifying the campaign message.

The standout campaign in this body of work was Power Up Your Savings, a youth-targeted acquisition campaign built around a sharp and resonant insight: much like a video game, life is unpredictable, and young adults often feel invincible, making health cover easy to dismiss as an unnecessary extra. The Power Up concept flipped that perception, the creative brought this idea to life through bold, game-inspired visual energy. Dynamic figures, explosive graphic bursts, and the unmistakable pop of Medibank red, rolled out across social and digital environments.
