Optus is one of Australia's most recognised telecommunications brands, connecting millions of Australians through bold, idea-led creative that brings their iconic Yes brand to life. Working as Art Director and Senior Designer at Big Red Communications, I partnered with Optus and Optus Business across a diverse portfolio of campaigns and brand activations, spanning social, digital, print, and in-store environments.

The work ranged from high-impact customer acquisition campaigns and eDM design to in-store point-of-sale displays, exhibition stands, and out-of-home activations. Each execution required a deep understanding of the Optus brand system translating the energy and optimism of Yes into channel-specific creative that felt consistent, compelling, and unmistakably Optus across every touchpoint.

For Optus Business, the challenge was to balance the playfulness of the consumer brand with the credibility and clarity required for a B2B audience, developing integrated social campaigns, digital assets, and print collateral that drove customer acquisition and deepened engagement with business customers.
