The City of Brimbank were launching a new website with improved user tools. Brimbank were seeking ways to show residents how the website could better serve them.
To support the launch, an integrated campaign was developed with a particular focus on engaging diverse communities from across the shire. The overarching strategic plan recommended the creation of key marketing collateral—featuring real Brimbank residents and local identities—to reflect the city’s distinctive character.
The campaign included not only traditional print and outdoor assets, but also digital components such as social media tiles and short animated videos. These dynamic and shareable formats helped extend the campaign’s reach and accessibility, ensuring that messaging was delivered consistently and inclusively across multiple platforms. By combining print, digital, and video, the campaign effectively connected with Brimbank’s multicultural community and encouraged residents to explore the enhanced website and its new tools.
